Had Oral Sex And Had Cut Penis With Teeth. Have Herpes And No Other STD. Chances Of Transmitting STD?

My boyfriend and i had oral sex and then sex. During the oral sex i had cut his penis with my teeth but we didn't realize it until after we were done. My question is what should he do about the cut on his penis? I know your not suppose to have sex with cuts on the gential areas are we at risk of std's are hiv? I also have herpes but we are very careful to not have sex when i have an outbreak. will the cut on his penis make it more likely for him to get herpes? And he doesn't have any std and i dont have any besides the herpes

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
If either one of you have HIV, or Hepatitis B then with a cut on penis chance of transmission is higher. Herpes can be transmitted with or without cuts and usually an active episode increases the risk. For the cut on the penis he can apply an antibiotic ointment like neosporin thrice a day.
Hope this helped
Take care.
