Had Oral Sex, Painful Penis, Scars. Had Circumcision Recently. Why Are There Bumps?

i was circumcised around 3 months ago, i'm 15, i recently recieved oral sex and even though pleasurable parts of it hurt on the right side of my penis where i still have scars on my penis from being circumcised where i have a few bumps, will the bumps go down? most of my circumcision scars/bumps have gone down and suits the rest of my penis just these few bumps caused slight aggrivation and don't look too good either

Hi,
Gradually these bumps will disappear.
apply antibiotic cream locally.
Avoid injury on the part by doing sex or oral sex for about 2 weeks.
