Had Ovarian Cyst Removed And Fallopian Tubes Drained. Period Is Irregular Since. Normal?

I had an ovarian cyst removed in April and my Fallopian tubes drained, ever since my periods have been late but yet when I get them they are only heavy the first day and go away the 3rd or 4th day. Usually I have a every 28 day cycle that lasts up to 5-6 days and now I have a 30-35 day cycle that lasts 3-4 is this normal to have Unregulated periods after the procedure?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Amenorrhea , scanty menstruation, dysfunctional uterine bleeding are associated or due to PCOD.
Still there is scanty bleeding with irregular bleeding.
Get in blood examination for androgen level , estrogen level, F S H / L H ratio.
Ultrasound of ovaries and genitals are very important .
Since , you haven't mentioned about the treatment , which you are having for ovarian cyst ( after operation).
Consult one more Gynaecologist and get his opinion with treatment ( conservative).
Good luck.
