Had Partially Protected Sex. Taken Levonorgestrel. Pregnancy Possible?
Hi doctor, I am panic right now.
I made out with my girlfriend on 20/7, there is genital contact but no sexual intercourse.
I realized there is some pre-cum coming out, and we worry about the risk of pregnancy.
Then, she took a levonorgestrel(1.5mg) once on the next day from the pharmacy.
My gf had her last period is around 5/7.
will she get pregnancy?

She should not be pregnant as there was no ejaculation & she took emergency pill within 72 hours.
However if she is missing her period get urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.

Levonorgestrel (1.5mg) tablet is recommended as a single dose for emergency contraception as one option. It must be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Your girl friend has taken it on time. Hence there should not be much worry for an unwanted pregnancy.
However, if periods do not start even a week after expected date, she can do home pregnancy test which is to be done at least 15 days after the sexual encounter.
