Had Periods 3 Weeks Back. Have Cramps, Dizzy And Nausea. Have Headache. Cause?

i had my period baout 3 weeks agoand after i was done i was having what felt like period cramps for a few days, then it went away know its back again the same feeling, and i feel rlly warm in a not feleing so good way, dizzy and this morning i felt like i had to puck but not rlly, and ive been having bad heackes? do u know waht that might be from

Hi,

You probably have a mid-cycle ovulation symptom or even a pre-menstrual syndrome.

You have not mentioned the exact date of your periods. Hence, it is difficult to comment on which phase of the menstrual cycle you are in and what is the hormone causing this.

Whatever be it, it is related to the hormonal imbalance between estrogen and progesterone.

For your current symptoms, you could simple anti-emetics like Domperidone. Drink plenty of fluids orally and rest a while.

If your symptoms persist even after these measures, it would be apt to consult your Primary care physician.
