Had Petechia From Torso To Knees, Dull Pain, Dry Mouth. Blood Tested, Platelets Normal. Will I Feel Better?

i was told last week that i had petechiae by 2 doctors and got blood results back today saying that my platelet count was normal and white count good. The petechiae is located from my torso to my knees. In addtion i have had cronic muscle & joint pain and fatigued for 7+ months. About 6 weeks ago started with dull pain (sometime sharp on movement) on my right side under my ribs. Feels like something stuck under there. I also have had dry month continuously in the last couple weeks. Any ideas of what else i should be tested for and by what kind of doctor?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Peticheae can occur due to various reasons.

The commonest is low platelet.

The most dangerous is malignancy.

As the platelet is normal, other causes must be ruled out.

You need to get a detailed examination.

Meet a dermatologist.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
