Hi Iam 42yrs single had sex with my boy friend 15 days back though it was safe i am not sure i had sex on my 7th day of period when there was no flow. i am a diabetic and i do not want to run the risk of becoming pregnant my menstural cycle is on 25th May i am tensed can you please help me. what food should i take to avoid this risk though iam not sure if i am pregnant. I am very disturbed please help me.thks
Hello, Very frankly speaking nothing can be done at the moment as it is already 15 days since you did sex with your boy friend. There is no food preparation which can prevent the risk of pregnancy. If at all conception had to take place,it might have already taken place. Just relax and no need to get tensed up. Wait for your periods. If hey don't come in time,get urine tested for pregnancy on two to three occasions in a gap of 4 to 5 days. If at all pregnancy is there,although chances are less as per your history,you can consult a Gynecologist and take appropriate measures to terminate it. Thanks
