Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
First of all, you undergo one pregnancy test to check pregnancy status. Pink discharge with above clinical features are mostly associated with conception or early sign of miscarriage.
TVS scan or blood test for beta-hCG is more confirmatory. Kindly consult with your gynecologist after initial test reports for next line management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
