Had Protected Sex, Took Pill Even, Missed Period. Can I Still Be Pregnant?
hi..i had sex for the first time with my boyfriend on the 18 September and my period was due on the 19 September ,we used a condom and after intercourse i took the ipill.. im really scared because im still not having my periods...Can i be possibly pregnant?

When taken within 24 hours, the I pill is more than 95 % effective in preventing a pregnancy.
SO technically speaking, the chances of pregnancy are quite low, but they are not zero.
The I pill also has a notorious side effect - it affects the regularity of your menstrual cycle.
It can prepone or postpone your normal periods by a week, or more, upto ten days.
the delay in cycles could be due to the I pill itself.
To confirm take a pregnancy test 3 weeks after the episode of unprotected sex.
