Had Protected Sex With Different Partner. Had Protected Sex With Husband. Father?
I had sex while on my period with someone other than my husband. When me and this man had sex it was protected and i am certain that he did not ejaculate inside of me. A couple days later my husband and I had unprotected sex on my period and we did it a few times during that menstrual cycle (which lasted 5-7 days) without a condom. My husband always ejaculates inside of me so is it safe to say that he is the father of my unborn child?
First of all, sex (unprotected or protected) on period days is very much safe and chance of pregnancy is extremely rare.
2nd thing, if you are pregnant by unprotected sex on other days, then it is better to do one TVS scan after confirmation of pregnancy by home pregnancy test. TVS scan gives a rough idea with calculating the gestational age and day of sexual intercourse by back calculation. From that, paternity can be estimated.
Best and ideal method of paternity is DNA testing of unborn baby. It is 100% reliable and confirmatory test. Good luck.
