Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is difficult to say whether you are suffering from
syphilis or any other
sexually transmitted disease.
Syphilis is characterized by painless ulcer on the external genitalia.
Rash is more often seen in other diseases like
fungal infection, viral infections, primary skin disease, etc.
Presence of similar rash on the throat can be due to similar disease process.
Clinical examination of both the rashes is necessary.
Relevant investigations can be planned after clinical examination.
Skin scraping from the rash can be done to look for primary skin disease like Bechets syndrome, etc.
If any sexually transmitted disease is present, that too can be diagnosed on skin scraping.
Serological tests can be done for certain sexually transmitted infections like chlamydial infection.
Syphilis infection is unlikely from the clinical features.
Some other cause has to be sought out.
consult a dermatologist / venerelogist for clinical examination, investigations and management.
Thanks and take care
