Had Rashes From Neck Down. Legs Near Ankles Get Pressured And Swollen?

Yes,
I had rashes from neck down, for about a year.
There has not been a change in what I eat,
What would be the cause of these rashes? They come and go at all hours of the day.
In addition, when I stand up for a period of time, my lower part of the legs, near ankles get pressured and swellon.
I get tired easy these days.
Thank you.

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
The rashes may be the urticaria,, most of the urticaria are idiopathic, looking to the chronocity of complain the etiology could be idiopathic, still it should be differentiate from the other medical conditions, (e.g. fixed drug reaction Allergic constitutions) for the ankle swelling you avoid standing for long time, keep your leg elevated at bed time while sleeping, have Hemoglobin test done, even go for echocardiography, just take care every thing will be OK Good day.
