Had Removed The Wisdom Teeth. Feel Like The Stitches And The Blood Clot Have Fallen Down. Paining. Suggestions?

My girlfriend had her wisdom teeth on the left side of her mouth removed on Friday, May 31st, and just now she thinks her stitches and blood clot might have fallen out of the bottom hole. She is in a lot of pain, and she's not sure what to do, and is terrified about a dry socket forming. Is there anything she can do right now to prevent anything bad happening before getting down to see a dentist in the morning?

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you might have developed a dry socket a thorough clinical evaluation by the Dentist is required.
Start with pain killer like brufen under prescription of your Dentist.
Application of znoE guaze pack is required.
Take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses.
