Hello and welcome to HCM,

DO NOT touch or meddle or massage or tape your nose!!
The surgery was done just one month ago and rhinoplasty takes around three weeks to three months to recover fully. Till then wait and watch, go for regular follow up and then after four to six months you can worry about the small bumps if they are still present.

Meanwhile do not meddle with your nose and do proper cleaning as advised by your doctor.

take care
