Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding salmonella infection in chest, coughing yellow sputum and chest wheezing.

According to your symptoms you are suffering from respiratory tract infection involving both upper and lower respiratory tract infection, which you felt as wheezy cough with yellow sputum. This should be treated with care otherwise complications may develop.

You are advice for-

1- X-Ray chest.

2- X-Ray paranasal sinuses.

3- Culture and sensitivity of sputum.

4- Blood- CBC, ESR blood sugar (F & PP).

SGPT, serum creatinin.

With the help of inferences of above investigations and a thorough physical examination one may reach to final diagnosis and that may be accordingly manage.

Regards.
