Had Severe Stomach Aches And Loose Stools. Had Ultrasound And Urine Test Showed Dermoid Cyst. Advise?

Hi doctor,
Over the last 2 days I had some severe stomach aches and loose stools and today unable to bear the pain, we went to the Emergency of a leading Hospital in Bangalore and they took an UltraSound scan along with Urine Routine tests and CBC .
In the Scan they've observed some Dermoid Cysts in my Right Ovary and further asked me to consult with a gynecologist for further treatment.
The Pain is very sporaidic and if the pain occurs its very very severe and I m unable to bear the pain. I ll have to wait another 24hrs for consulation today being a Sunday. Pease advise

Hi,
At present it seems that you might having pain in abdomen due to acute Gastro-enteritis.
Take some antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine ( Meftal spas ) to get relief from spasmodic abdominal pain.
Take Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination tablet for loose motions.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes and ORS liquids.
Take light diet like curd, buttermilk.
To morrow you may consult Gynaec for cyst in ovary.
