Had Sex, HPT Negative, Getting Sharp Pain In Lower Stomach, Sore Nipple, Dizzy. Reason?

I m 17, I have not had sex for six months, after sex I took the morning after pill and I ve done a number of pregnancy test all negaitive, I had sharp pain in my lower stomach , and recently I ve got a sore nipple , I feel dizzy a lot, more than I should I d say pretty much everyday, I am over weight, but sick of my doctors blaming all my problems on that, is there any reason why I m in pain and dizzy all the time?

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you give history of unprotected sexual intercourse and used emergency contraceptive pill 6 months back..
now you are having pain in the lower abdomen and mastalgia..
pain could be due to urinary tract infection/reproductive tract infection.. see your gynaecologist for investigation and treatment.. you may need antibiotics and analgesics..
sore nipple/mastalgia could be related to menstrual cycle, common in premenstrual phase.. if it is persistant, you could be having hyperprolactenemia.. again you need to see gynaecologist for this..
you are over weight, you could be having PCOS, again it can be treated with hormonal pills.. lifestyle changes..exercises.
since you have not had sex from the past 6 months there is no need to do urine pregnancy test now..
