Had Sex After Cycle. Had Midcycle Bleeding. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggestions?

I got my period on may 3 and it stopped on the 7th but then I had sex a few times after that and then on the 14th my period came back but its not heavy it its been here for three days now . Plus my ovulation dates was on the 10-14 that's what I got going by the first day of my period and I took a pregnancy test yesterday but it was negative so what's happing and I'm 28 wit five children already

After the cycle finishes, it is relatively less fertile period of the cycle. So, conception is less likely at that time. The mid cycle spotting is likely to be due to a mild hormonal imbalance.
