Had Sex, Orangy/peachy Colored Discharge, Is This Anything To Worry About?

Hi, I had sex with my boyfriend yesterday, (having been on the pill for 5 days - I started it on the first day of my period as instructed) but afterwards when I wiped I had an orangy/peachy colored discharge (I ve only been off my period for a day roughly) At one point during intercourse I did feel some uncomfort from him thrusting too hard. Is this anything to worry about?
