Had Sex With Escort, Used Condom. Worried Of STD, HIV?
hi doctor , i had sex with a chinese escort(prostitute) , it was on 9/10/2013 , since then i was worried of STD s and HIV , i used condom , i didn t broke , her vagina was dry and i didn t noticed and fluids from her during the intercouse, i have also never done such activities before, the duration was very small it was about 1 minute because i stopped the intercourse and told her to go. i didn t have any symptoms now, i am a medical student , 4th year. please reply and help.

If you are sure that condom didnt break that you dont have to be worried since transmission risk is negligible. If you want to be 100%sure or you know that this lady was hiv positive than you can do hiv testing 4 weeks after intercourse. Other STD should be checked only if you have symptoms of std such as painful uriantion, discharge or penile rash..
