Had Smoked Pot In Small Quantities A Few Times. Chances Of Passing A Urinalysis?

Hey! I have a friend who smoked pot on 4/20. Only about a dime bag worth, but he smoked a few scattered times within a month or two before. He has to take a drug test. He doesn't smoke often, or in mass quantities. He uses the bathroom about 3-4 times a day typically, drinks excessive amounts of fluids ranging from tea to water to coffee to energy drinks to soda to natural drinks like POM wonderful. What are his chances of passing a urinalysis through a lab?

A positive result at the urine test is possible but extremely unlikely (
On the contrary a test of the hair would likely give a positive result even a few months after, depending on lenght of hairs).
