Hello, my wife has been pregnant for 26 weeks. She got cold two days ago, had sour throat, running nose, cough and feels pain in nasal mucosa, she also got slightly fever. She went to see doctor and got 4 medicines, Eurozyme, Promos, Pharynx and Euritin. For sake of the health of fetus, she did not take medicine, only drunk water and slept. This morning, she feels better, the sour throat, running nose and fever have gone. But she coughs more and spit out phlegm in dark color this morning. Now she is still cough, with little clear phlegm. I suggest there is inflammation in her windpipe. Can she take the Eurozyme to get rid of inflammation? Is Eurozyme harmful to the fetus? If she does not take Eurozyme, will the cough/windpipe problem do any harm to the fetus? Looking forward to your kind reply. Thanks.
