Had Spicy Food. Couldn't Pass The Stool Normally. Stomach Is Hurting And Burning. Home Remedies?

Hello Doctor. I had some spicy food last night at a restaurant and in the morning when I went to the loo I couldn't pass the stool normally. It hurt a lot and now its hurting even after I went to the loo. My stomach is hurting and its kinda burning down there. Please guide me by telling me some home-remedies for it. Please Its urgent.

Hallo,
Eating spicy food does not generally cause any serious longterm effects.
Spicy foods might cause stomach upset, diarrhea or constipation, stomach pain, nausea and gas. If you experience any of these symptoms, reduce your intake of spicy foods.
Home remedies:
Ginger may be effective in treating stomach conditions such as motion sickness.
Drink cold water for irritable bowel and stomach upset.
Have a milky drink.
Drink lime juice added with soda water is a better choice.
