can you still get pregnant w/ tubes cut and tied?, I was supposed to start my period last Friday., I didn't, 2 days ago I spotted a very little amount in the morning and nothing since. 2 weeks ago I went to stat care on Sunday because the Friday before I work up at 2 am with very bad back pain almost in tears. Was fine Saturday so didn't think much of it, well I woke Sat night/Sun morning at 2 am again w/ bad back pain, even vomitted

Having both tubes cut and tied there might be very rare chance of having pregnancy.
Having your problem might be due to some another problem in your in your genital tract.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
