Had Surgical Abortion. Have Abdominal Cramps, Small Amounts Of Bowel Movement And Little Spotting. Suggestions?

Hi I had a surgical abortion 2 days ago and have been having abdominal cramps more like constipation . I was having these problems before termination. And passing a fair amount of wind that has died down and I can go the toilet but it is very small amounts at a time in little bits it hurts my entire stomach to try push to go to the toilet. I have only had a little bit of spotting that started this evening around the same time it started hurting to push. This sometimes happens when I get my period it hurts to push. I've had two terminations when I was younger and also have a 5 ur old I'm just a little concerned

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist for your proper examination and ultrasonography to rule out the cause of sluggish bowel movement and abdominal cramps to rule out perforation and retained product of conception.
Good luck.
Take care.
