Had Temporary Ileostomy, Cramps After Eating, Having Milky White Discharge. Advice?

I have had a temporar iileostomy 5 weeks with the plan to have it reversed4 weeks. But within the past week the ana discharge has gotton out of control. Within 5 minutes of eating, i ha cramping and this can go on for 15 minutes and can happen 10 times a day. The discharge is a milky white, and quite painful. What can i do to alleviate this

1. with temporary ileostomy, it is meant that your colon was not removed and was given time to heal, which probably implies you are suffering from Gastrointestinal problem. [mucus discharge is normal if it is milky white to pink and can have some odor].
2. It is common to pass 4-15 or more liquid stools each day. You may feel an urgency to pass stool and may even have leakage through your anus. This will improve over from next 6 months to a year as the pouch adapts and stretches, and your sphincter muscles become stronger.
3. Stools will become thicker as your bowels start to absorb more water, which helps to decrease leakage.You may leak stool during the day, but it is more common at night because your anal sphincter muscles relax while you
sleep.

PS: If discharge is out of control, along with pain,seek immediate health care opinion or call your surgeon.
