dear sir, I am pregnant in august 11, but it was tubal pregnancy doctor s are operated me and remove the baby and left side tube. then i will take the tubal test and the result is the right tube is normal level. now i am waiting for pregnant how to i get quick pregnancy and please help me the pregnant confirmation is possible to before period

Thanks for your query.
Firstly it is not possible to have pregnancy confirmation before the period.
You have to skip a period and take a test to diagnose pregnancy.
With one tube removed, your chances of conceiving are less than average.
ALso, I hope that you had a laparoscopy to confirm that the other tube is patent, as that is the most reliable method.
If not , please have it done.
Also, have your complete baseline hormonal levels checked.
Get your partners semen analysis done.
Have a cycle of follicular monitoring done to document ovulation.
Maintain a healthy BMI, and take regular folic acid supplements.
Consult an infertility specialist at the earliest and take appropriate steps.
