Firstly it is not possible to have
pregnancy confirmation before the period.
You have to skip a period and take a test to diagnose pregnancy.
With one tube removed, your chances of conceiving are less than average.
ALso, I hope that you had a
laparoscopy to confirm that the other tube is patent, as that is the most reliable method.
If not , please have it done.
Also, have your complete baseline hormonal levels checked.
Get your partners
semen analysis done.
Have a cycle of follicular monitoring done to document ovulation.
Maintain a healthy BMI, and take regular
folic acid supplements.
Consult an
infertility specialist at the earliest and take appropriate steps.
