Had Two Periods A Month After Delivery, Headaches. Treatment?

I am 30 yrs old, 3 children, every since i had my 3rd child i have had 2 periods a month and headaches along with it, no excessive cramping, no difference with sex, i am a little clueless on what could cause this, i make sure i eat healthy and am taking vitamins hoping it could help but no luck.....i do plan on making a dr appt.

Hi, you are 30 years of age, and have 3 children, means that your gynic system has weakened. there appears to be anemia, due to near pregnancies.Other possibilities could be the infection. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe fluconazole, cifixime, iron preparations, and also advise to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
