Had Unprotected Intercourse. Took Unwanted 72. Will It Affect In Period Cycle?

I had sex with my boyfriend when the condom tore in between and we both didnt realise it. after realising i took unwanted 72 tablet in 2 hrs after intercourse. my period cycle was irregular few months ago but now it has started becoming normal. i am worried if this tablet which i took will affect my period cycle again.. it is the first time i have taken this tablet. i am really worried. please help me.

UNWANTED 72 contains high dose progesterone pill.

It decreases chances of getting pregnant.IT is an emergency contraception method.

However it can cause breakthrough bleeding and may cause irregularity of menstrual cycle in few cases.

You should not worry the pill does not have any long term effects your cycles will get regularized in few weeks.

Just take care while having sex with your boyfriend and dont make habit of taking UNWANTED 72 each time.

Just relax dont worry about the pill.
