hi,
as some women can have bleeding during their expected dates of periods even in pregnancy also, so you better once undergo blood test for pregnancy and ultrasound examination to rule out the possibility.
if comes positive you and your family members can discuss with your doctor and decide what to do,
if comes negative in ultrasound you can possibly find out predisposing factors for your delayed periods, you can also undergo hormonal evaluation if your doctor recommends and depending on that treatment can be taken.
take care.
