Had Unprotected Oral Sex. Penis Discomfort After Ejaculation And Slight Pain After Urination.Treatment?

Began 1 week after receiving unprotected oral sex from erotic masseuse girl, accompanied by slight flu-like symptoms which kept me home from work for a few days. Urine dribbles out after urinating. Penis discomfort for hours after ejaculation. Slight penis pain after urination. I'm seeing a new urologist next week. Hopefully he can help me. Otherwise I have no idea what to do. I can't believe this happened from just a single instance of getting a BJ.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have unprotected oral sex by a massage girl following which you are getting burning urination,pain in penis,dribbling urination etc.

This is most likely to be due to UTI that you have acquired due to invasion of bacteria from her saliva ,as mouth contains many species of bacterial flora.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
