hello i gave unprotected oral sex to a guy i know, he smokes, he ejaculated in my mouth but i did not swallow i spit it out instead. right away, my throat started to hurt and its painful when i swallow. im very afraid that i have caught something but i dont know if i could just be a sore throat. could you help me please ?

Hi,
If there is soreness or ulcer in your mouth or due to rough oral sex he hurt-ed your buccal mucosa then there is a risk of having STD.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
