Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Some Medicines frequently lead to brown colored urine. I assume your concern are related brown semen (rather than Brown colored sperm).

Following are possible reasons for this problem:
-Infection in Urogenital tract
-Bleeding in Urogenital tract
-Side effects of medicines

You can have semen analysis done to rule out these problem. In my opinion you should continue your medicines, and let your physician know about current problem.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Regards,
Dr Ashish Kumar Mittal
