Had Unprotected Sex. Chances Of Precum. Now Breasts Tender, Cramps, Bloating. Pregnant?

HMy boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about 4 days ago. This was my first time and he did not cum but I do know about the chances and risks of getting pregnant from precum. It was only 4 days ago, but my brests are starting to get tender and I am having slight cramps and some gas. Also, my discharge has almost completely stopped. Im not sure if this is all in my head or not because I've heard you can cause these symptoms from extreme paranoia and I am FREAKING out! Also, I am about a week away from when my period should start, but its always been irregular and I read that the stopping of discharge before your period is called "the dry days" or somethinf and its normal, but its never really happened to me. And my breats always become sore before my period. But something doesnt feel right. Especially the slight, dull cramps and bloating. So do you think I am paranoid or what? I cannot be pregnant...
