Dear J.P, welcome to healthcare magic. The fastest way to know if you are pregnant is to have a blood sample for beta human chorionic gonadotrophin ( pregnancy test ). This test is very sensitive, and it diagnosis pregnancy as fast as one week before the expected time of menstruation. If the test is negative, don't worry and wait for spontaneous menstruation, then you should use a reliable method of contraception to prevent this from happening again. If the test is positive and you really want to terminate the pregnancy, please visit your doctor to advise you the safest method. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
