Had Unprotected Sex. Missing Periods. Is This Due To Stress? Am I Pregnant?

I m really stressing about this, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex for about 3 seconds, got scared and told him to stop, and now I keep worrying I m pregnant. I did not have sex during ovulation , and I was supposed to get my period today but I didn t. Could I just be stressing too much and that s why my period is late?

In my opinion do a urine pregnancy test and see for result it can be early pregnancy.
IF test is negative wait for a week for periods and in case you still don’t get them, visit a gynecologist
