Had Unprotected Sex. Negative STD Test. Red Bump Near Vagina, Burns When Washing

Hi I jus recently had unprotected sex maybe a three weeks ago and I went and got tested and tested negative for everything but the doctor told me that for herpes or genital warts they would have to wait to see if I had an outbreak and I have a small red bump down near the bottom of my vagina sort of near the butt too, its only one, it doesnt itch or hurt and is soft to the touch. It only burns when I wash

Hello,
Your doctor is correct. Herpes has an incubation period in the body, so it may present later. Now, what you have may or may not be related to that. Only examination can tell whether its a wart. Seitz bath twice daily will help reduce pain. But if its still there after a few days, have a doctor take a look at it.
