Had Unprotected Sex. Taking Pidotimod For Genital Bumps. Have Red Rash On Penis, Itchy. What Can It Be?

Hello, I'm in a monogamous relationship and we have unprotected sex. We've been under treatment with Pidotimod for a month, because of some pink wartlike bumps on genitals. We've just got a few more days to go. Last night I gave him oral sex, he took a shower in the morning, and tonight he's got an awful red rash all along his shaft, and it's itchy. I've been a bit itchy too, with vaginal discharge. What can it be?

Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it could be due to Fungal infection after unprotected sex.
It usually occurs with unprotected sex and improper hygiene after it.
Take proper local care,You have to clean it immediately after sex by using antiseptic soap.
Both of you have to take azithromycin,secnidazole and flucanazole kit.
Vaginal tab containing tinidazole,clotrimazole and lactic acid bacillus and also local cream containing clindamycin will be more helpful.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Consult your doctor for better medical management.
