Had Unprotected Sex. Used Steroid Cream. Soreness, Spotting, Burning Urination
Three and a half years ago, I was frequently intimate with someone, had unprotected sex only twice, and one time, he was so rough, he ripped the skin between my vagina and rectum, and at that time a condom was used. The doctor then prescribed a steroid cream to heal the skin, but I never kept up with application and never completed the medication. From time to time, the site is sore, and overnight last night, it became sore, and I see bright red Spotting when I wiped with toilet paper. Burning with urination and washing. What is your suggestion..?

The soreness and spotting after the unprotected sex can be due to an infection in the vagina or due to inflammation like vulvovaginitis. Oral antibiotics may be needed for complete relief.
