Had Unprotected Sex, Brown Discharge, Smells Like Period. Pregnant?
I have recently had unprotected sex, and am over worried that I may be pregnant. I did mess up my birth control ring, so I m not sure if my period is just off because of that. But my period should have already come, and it hasn t yet. I have had some brown discharge that smells like my period blood , and have read that is typically old blood that comes after your period. But like I said, I haven t got my period yet. Should I be worried about pregnancy, or could it signal the start of my period coming soon??Help!!

It is better to do a USG pelvis to rule out underlying pathology along with confirmation whether it is period blood or old uterine blood or may be from incomplete abortion bleeding. After that, consult with your doctor/gynecologist and take suggestive measures.
You may do a urine test for hcg to clear doubt initially. Practice safe sex by using correct contraceptive method like OCP/Ring/Condom etc.

Brownish discharge could be a signal that you are soon going to start your periods. Also when periods are delayed, old blood is released as brown discharge.
But since you have history of unprotected sex, I would suggest you to first take a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If negative then you may consult a gynecologist for appropriate medication if you do not menstruate within a week's time.
