Had Unprotected Sex, Nauseous, Sore Breasts, Cramping, Headaches, Lower Back Pain, Spotting. Pregnant?

im really worried. My bf and I had unprotected sex Oct 5th and 6th. My last cycle was Sept 22. Ever since about a week after the 6th I've been nauseous. Then my breasts were sore I've been cramping in my lower stomach. I've had headaches and lower back pain. I was suppose to have my cycle this month but it never came but on the 31st I started spotting pink around lunch time then on during the day it got heavier. But was still punish red not like my regular cycle and it's last three days and had now slowed down to spotting again but I'm still cramping. Do you think I could be pregnant even though all urine tests say negative.

Hi,
In view of a missed normal period and the fact that you have had unprotected intercourse during the fertile period, pregnancy should be considered. The spotting you are seeing could be an implantation bleeding. Urine pregnancy tests can read positive after 3-7 days of a missed period with a fresh early morning sample. A better confirmation is obtained through measuring the serum beta-hCG titres. You should also get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the cause of the cramping; please get urinalysis and blood counts also. Hope this helps.
