Had Unprotected Sex, Now Have Missed Periods. Light Bleeding. On Tri. Implantation Bleeding? Pregnant?

Yes how long will it be before my period returns I started tri. The pill, Step 23 The first day of my supposibly period which was due sept.19 but then i started bleeding Again oct 6 that was the day i stop takin the pill b4 i started the pill i thought i May have been pregnant nd not sure if i mistaked sept23rd of a period nd it couldv'e been implantaion bleeding And i started the pill the very moment i saw Just a little Blood it was very light nd didnt last 2-3days but Could i possibly been pregnant the whole time and takin the pill not knowing or could i have gotten pregnant after i bleed oct.6 follwed by unprotected sex oct15 or if neither is the case when should i expect my cycle im anxiously awaiting it im not sure im ready for another child plz help

Irregular intake of pill may lead to irregular cycle or bleeding. Do one home pregnancy test soon after missed period in this month to confirm pregnancy. TVS scan will be more worthwhile to rule out underlying pathology if any. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist regarding this.
