Had Vaginal Delivery. Had Pelvic Bone Pain Before And After Pregnancy With Constipation, Hemorrhoids And Nipple Pain. Suggest?
Hi Dr,
I delivered a girl baby on 8th august, it was vaginal delivery with episiotomy, had very delayed delivery, I have pelvic bone pain from my 7th month pregnancy nd after delivery it has got worse. Rested for 10 days nd now if I try to walk for 60 to 80 foot a day, the next day I again end up with the pain in innerlegs. And constipation is worrying me a lot, had hemorrhoids. Now my baby is having light colic too. I am breastfeeding nd one of my breast pains like needle inside, got fever today too. I dont know if I can feed her now. My skin is burning if nybody touches nd my nipples are burning too if it gets in contact with cloth. Pls suggest some remedy for all these as I cant move to hospital from home.

The milk is the richest source of infection and as you stated that you are having pain even due to touch, so you might got some infection in breast ( mastitis) , so please don't ignore it .
Consult your nearby qualified doctor and get treatment of breast infection .
Now pain in the pelvic bone ( according to you will resolve spontaneously with time and with the treatment of breast infection).
Hemorrhoid is not a big problem wait for some time till episiotomy wound heal.
For constipation please take high fiber diet with phenolphathelein tablets 1/2 -1 according to need.
Hot water sip by sip like tea also relieve constipation.
