Had Vigorous And Prolonged Sex. Noticed Bleeding, Burning Sensation And Tear In The Opening. Smelly Discharge. Remedy?

I sm a 32 yr old female. I had vigorous, prolonged sex with my parter and immediately afterword experienced some bleeding. I noticed a burning sensation when I urinated. I could see what looked like a small tear at the opening and it looked very red and raw. Two days later we had sex again and the tear was worsened. The next morning I noticed more burning when I urinated and upon examination noticed bilateral white patches resembling.. rug burn. I do not have any discharge or smell. It is now day 4 after the initial occurrence and the abrasions seem to be healing. Any idea what may be causing this? Should I be concerned about herpes?

Hi,
It seems that due to rough and vigorous sex thetre might be having some injury on vagina giving you this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Apply antibiotic cream.
If there is no healing then consult Gynaec and get examined.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
