Had Vomiting And Diarrhea. Could It Be Because Of Any Allergic Reaction?

Hi, I have had vomiting and diarrhea every 2 weeks for over 2 months now. It lasts for a couple of hours each time. Apart from the very first time all i can link it too is fish. The last time i was sick i had a tuna sandwich and within 2 hours i was being sick and had diarrhea. Does this sound like an allergy? I am 31 years old and this started happening beginning of december.
