Sir, i would like to know analysis of haemogram and urine analysis, first one is haemogram consisting haemoglobin 15.0 gm/100 ml WBC 7,800 /cu.mm polymorphs 63% lymphocytes 33% eosinophills 04% basophils 00% monocytes 00% E.S.R 7 mm.hr Platelet count 2,40,000 /cu.mm

Reaction acidic Albumin present(trace) Sugar (R) Nil bile salts negative bile pigments negative
MICROSCOPY
Epithelial cells 6-7 /hpf pus cells 1-2 /hpf RBCs Nil Crystals Nil Bacteria present a few Yeast cells Nil Casts Nil , this is the report am male 19 years, 5'11 height 85 kg ,is there anything unusual,

Hemogram analysis-hemoglobin 15-the normal range is 14-16, and it is normal, WBC-white blood cells-a normal value, polymorphs, lymphocytes, eosinophils, basophils, monocytes and ESR-erythrocyte sedimentation rate are within in the normal range.
Urine analysis- acidic reaction- the general urine reaction will be normal. Diets rich in meat and some drugs will make it more acidic. Presence of albumin is of concern. It represents loss of protein from the urine. A 24 hour urine protein will give the exact value of protein losing in the urine. Presence of bacteria and high epithelial cells in the microscopy of urine suggests an urinary tract infection-UTI. This can be treated by antibiotics. Along with this any other symptoms associated should be checked. Take lots of fluids in the mean time and consult your GP for further management.

Your hemogram and urine examination report is within normal limits.
The hemogram reveals a normal hemoglobin, TLC and DLC.
The urine examination report reveals a normal reaction, absence of sugar, bile salts and bile pigments.
Presence of 6-7 epithelial cells is not worrisome.
Presence of few bacteria and few yeast may be a contamination of the urine.
Traces of albumin does not signify any major disease process.
Overall both hemogram and urine examination reports are within normal limits.
