Hair Fall Post Delivery, Irregular Periods, Facial Hair Growth, Diagnosed PCOD, Prescribed Dimet 850. Suggestions?

Hello,

I am married and have a baby 2and half years now , after her birth I noticed a lot of hair fall which has increased now with facial growth all of a sudden, I had irregular menstrual cycle always even before my wedding, now when inchecked with the doc she said I have pcod and asked if I have plans to conceive I said yes , next year so she prescribed me with dimet850 twice for 3 months, I feel very weak and stressed all the time . I don't understand what pco is exatctly and how it happend , and what next need to be done?

The hair falling complain is could be due to the undernourished conditioned and nothing to take with PCOD or sometime feeding mother also experience the hair fall but it goes away soon just take care of your diet, PCOD (Polycystic ovarian disease ) is much common nowadays which seldom need treatment, have nice day.
