Hair Is Growing Thin. Have Dandruff Problems, Irregular Periods. Hormonal Imbalance?

Good day Doctor, I just want to ask as to why my hair is getting thinner and thinner, I could see my scalp near my temples clearly, which at first I thought was only dry skin. I've also been struggling to fiind a remedy for my dandruff problems, I have very dry scalp. I have a suspicion that it's kind of an imbalance in hormones...because aside from my thinning hair situation, I also have irregular menstrual periods. And so I was wondering what could the reason be, and what can I do to cure it? I'm a 17 years old girl, Nette. :)

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for asking a question to H.C.M.F.
You are a 17 year old girl. You hair is getting thin and thin , dandruff, dry scalp, you thought it to be harmonal imbalance, you also have irregular periods.
The cause of thin hair could be dandruff, anaemia, hypoprotinaemia, shultry atmosphere, and food habbits etc.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist , or a trichologist, for diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, fruits, juices, and proteine foods.
Avoid taking more of spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Don't use different shampoos frequently, use only one brand, especially anti fungal.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.

Hello
welcome to health care magic
Dandruff is nothing but exfoliation of superficial skin that occurs normally,,but too much dandruff is abnormal..
And also defeiency of iron and other vitamins results in hair loss.
You have irregular periods,,it has many causes mainly hormonal imbalance..
first check your hormonal status including thyroid,,and also have your ultrasound abdomen .
Because of hormonal imbalance you have low hair over temples..
Consult gyneologist and have your treatment according to your hormone levels..
Hope you understand my answer.
Thank you
