Hair Loss And Dandruff. Kevon Not Helpful. What Will Be?

hello doctor , i am a girl having hair loss now a days a lot .. i have dandruf .. dermatologist told me to use kevon stay on lotion for dandruf .. but it doesnt have such gud effect and left side of my head has more frequent hair loss when i do shampoo .. now a days since a month its become a lot .. can u please suggest what to use .. for dandruf and how to regain back my hair density and prevent hair loss ..

Hi,
Thanks for query.
Selsun shampoo contains selenium sulphate preparation should be good for dandruff treatment.
At the same time take multi vitamin tablet with witamin E for at least 7-8 months.
Take vitamin rich diet.
Avoid junk foods.
clean scalp twice weekly.
