Hair Loss, Started After Giving Birth To Baby. Taking Light Medication. Recommendations?
hi this is pallavi my age is 28 ,i have given birth to a baby boy on 11th june 2012, since september month ,i have suffered from huge hair loss, which is been controled up to some extend by taking medicines & all, but still i have not gained all my forehead hairs ,i found my forehead much broader than before & even my front appearing hairs are even much less.
Hello, Thanks for the query. Hair loss after child birth is very common It is a natural process and is called as telogen effluvium. Soon you will regain hair, sometime it may last for an year or more.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Hair loss after child birth is very common It is a natural process and is called as telogen effluvium. Soon you will regain hair, sometime it may last for an year or more. I dont think any medication is needed You will be fine. Please meet a dermatologist if it persists.
